Open Lifevent private QA Echo from your Home Screen, Dock, Start menu or taskbar. Your portfolio, private galleries and Studio work in the same app.
Use your browser’s installation menu or follow the device instructions.
Phones & tablets
Android · Chrome: open the three-dot menu, choose Install and create shortcut, then Install. Your browser may label this Install app or Add to Home screen.
iPhone & iPad · Safari: open Share, choose Add to Home Screen, enable Open as Web App if shown, then tap Add.
Mac
Safari on macOS Sonoma or later: open the File menu and choose Add to Dock.
Chrome or Edge: use the install icon in the address bar, or the browser’s app installation menu.
Windows
Chrome or Edge: use the install icon in the address bar, or the browser’s app installation menu.
Then open Lifevent private QA Echo from Start or pin it to your taskbar.
Your photos stay online
Galleries, sign-in, uploads and downloads need an internet connection. Private galleries and photo files are not saved for offline viewing. Keep the app open until an upload or download finishes.
